The project is a combination of Courts, Sheriff's Offices and a 96-bed jail. The 90,000 square foot facility is designed with the emphasis of safety, life-cycle economy and expandability. The structure is organized in three distinct areas and envelopes. This method of organization and construction allows each component to be constructed of the most economical materials appropriate for the intended use and will most readily allow for expansions in areas of rapid growth while leaving other areas undisturbed.
